No soda pop for me ....diet or otherwise!! This is a HUGE accomplishment....because instead of an alcoholic I have been a pop-aholic! I'm pretty sure quite a bit of my 'baggage' has "POP" written all over it....
For the longest time, if I needed a drink, I'd always reach for a pop. Now - I'm working toward reaching for water or G2. I really don't like Milk - but am finding that if I have cereal for breakfast in the morning, that 'masks' my milk intake enough and gives me a good start on calcium for the day (of course it doesn't stop there either.).
I'm learning....so far I've only shed betwee 5-6 lbs.....but am feeling better because I'm eating healthier. Gotta celebrate the accomplishments as they come....and know they don't always show up on the scale but in day to day life.
