and it is in the form of my 85 year old grandmother. She is currently at the hospital for heart problems and I don't think I've ever been so scared in my life. The doctors say she is OK now and she will be going home in a few days but it has really brought things to light as far as what I am NOT doing and what I SHOULD be doing.
So here goes again. Stats right now :
weight 156, goal weight 125
plan: biking with the kids and alone (pick up bikes hopefully in the next week for everyone) and dvd workouts such as Bob Harper and Sparkpeople
food: if it has a TV commercial, avoid it! Eat as naturally as possible
I would love to not only lose weight but get into shape. I would love for my tattoos not to look so so bad when I get older (shallow but it works lol) and I would really really love to be around for a LONG time for my kids.
