Success! I have officially done 40 minutes on the elliptical as of today which came to about 3.2km or a jogging/running pace. I am very proud of myself at this point, I set a mini goal and I completed it! Go me! The completion of this goal has inspired me to make three more(talk about multiplicity!).Here are my new goals:
Goal 1: 5km on the elliptical which is about 60 minutes
Goal 2: 5km on the treadmill in 60 minutes or less
Goal 3: Run a 5km in less than 60 minutes
So for those of you who have done 5km races is this a fair goal or is it pretty lofty? Tell me what you think in the comment space below. Great work guys, an remember that you are healthier than you were yesterday!
