Dance Break!

It has been a while. After several weeks of feeling sick, I am finally starting to feel human again. I haven't been up to doing much for exercise so decided to do 15 minutes of dancing tonight just to get moving. It felt great to move again and so easy and fun! I think I will try to do this on a daily basis.

    I and a few of the other members have regular Dance Parties virtually. We set the time and what to dance to and all just dance our hearts out for about an hour!!That we are not all together does not bother us one bit. The communal feeling is great!! It is very good exercise!!! Good for you!!
