Well January was very interesting...I quit drinking Pepsi (34 days now). I cut out sugar(3 weeks) and kicked wheat to the curb(2 weeks) and lost almost 12 lbs. Yay! I'm really happy with that number although I still have 48 lbs. to go.
I know that number would be higher if I worked out more...I'm so lazy!
I just need to get into a routine I can live with and then it will be easy. I know I can do it...if I managed to quit my Pepsi which was huge and start drinking water which I detested.
I joined Nerd Fitness and picked up a good beginners weight routine and am using my treadmill I just need to be more consistent. If it weren't so frigging cold outside my dog Cleo and I could go for walks. I hate winter!
Well January is gone and I'm sure February will be a good month as well. Fingers crossed!
