Still on track for eating healthier! Body still falling apart, but it would be a little quick if all this healthy food helped that fast. I can always wish though!
We had a beautiful dinner of salmon patties on a bed of fresh spinach, steamed broccoli, and quinoa made with mixed veggies and dried rosemary from our garden. Yum!
My son didn't touch the quinoa, but he did eat his broccoli, the stems off the spinach and about half his salmon. I'd say that's pretty good!
