Perhaps I was so distressed yesterday because the funky monkey was catching up with me! I was fine for most of today, but then it hit. I couldn't leave the bathroom! I laid in bed and just waited to have to run to the potty again and again.
So far dinner has stayed put, so here's hoping it has passed! I had no energy to work out, but I did manage a 2 mile indoor walk. It was a 15 minute mile speed walk which seems slow to me these days, but it took all I had to do it! I have to save my Bootcamp workout for tomorrow!
Darn that funky monkey! Now I am hungry even dinner has stayed put. I actually have a growling belly from hunger and not other stuff rolling around in there.... You know, the funky monkey doing his dance! Darn that funky monkey!
Guess I'll try some crackers and ginger ale. Blah! I don't want my blood sugar to drop from not enough food in my belly!
At least I got alot of work done today so it will be easier to keep up with everything. I had to do some preliminary work in order to keep current and that is now done. So, if I can manage to check in daily with my students I should be able to keep up without falling way behind and becoming stressed. It is all my fault in that I just couldn't bring myself to do what needed to be done, but now I have. I just have to keep up. Keeping up doesn't seem as daunting to me as getting started! Go figure.
I hope the funky monkey skips town so I can earn some BLC bucks on the last day of the Game Show challenge and I can make up for my missing 30 minutes of fitness today. I also hope the funky monkey will allow me to sleep tonight. Take care! Keep a broom or stick handy to bop the funky monkey on the head should he show up at your house!
