Well, today is Super Bowl Sunday! Normally I make a huge spread but not this year! Just manwich made with turkey meat and sweet potato fries. I have been keeping track of my food a lot better and see that I am not using all of my calories or fats which I hope is good. I need to cut sodium big time, working on that. Not drinking as much coffee is making me a little cranky but I am doing okay with it.
Positive note is I am finally adjusting to drinkng water all the time. I found a fruit smoothie that is low cal and delicious but have to be careful due to sugar but I like it and can split it in half over two days.
Tomorrow I am going back to the gym after a few month break (another story). I hope as long as school is in session and not snowed out.
