A great spending time with friends. I cooked a lot this weekend, even though we were going somewhere else. I wanted to make sure I had food I could eat and also make stuff for the week. So I made my breakfast for the week (scrambled eggs and bacon), stuff for lunch (broccoli and roasted sweet potato), desserts and snacks for the superbowl: broccoli slaw, dark chocolate and marionberry mini tortes, pale chocolate chip and bacon chocolate chip cookies, and cream chees with pepper jelly and almond/rice crackers.
