The Plan for February:**working on building consistency and good habits!

1. NO Soda (with exception of cheat date 2/3)

2. Walk 5 miles PER WEEK- strive for increased intensity over last month

3. 100 kettle bell exercises per week

4. Be at or below goal line weight by month end.
