I want to be a certain weight for a cruise on July 4th. I have figured out that if I lose just 5 pounds month til then -- I'll be there. Yippee == I'm on it!
Go for it while you have a great motivator but if it goes slower than you want it to Please do not give up. Remember eating and exercising will help you to be healthy at the end of the goal and hopefully you will also meet your desired weight.
I keep missing goals but so long as it has not gone up I have kept pushing. If it has gone up I have to swiftly do something about it. My health is greatly improved along the way and I have been able to take three stressful months with DH being ill and then the surgery.
I am older than you are so it is more difficult to lose so I keep my healthy goal up front and it keeps me happy and less stressed. HUGS You can do it I really hope you do. Go For It, Pat in Maine.
