It's been a great weekend! Paul's son & family have been here since mid day yesterday. Grandbabies are GREAT!

There's a problem with the Superbowl right now so I figured I'd take the time to blog.

My week went very well. Recap for the week:

I did not go to the gym 3 days I only went once
I did eat within my calorie range daily
I did drink my 8+ glasses of water daily
I did continue my fitness streak
I did get plenty of sleep each day
I did make each day a great day!

That is my recap. So what's up for this coming week? The same:

I will go to the gym at least 3 days this week
I will eat within my calorie range daily
I will drink 8+ glasses of water daily
I will continue my fitness streak
I will get plenty of sleep each day
I will make each day a great day!

    Great job on your goals last week...even though you only got to the gym once, you still met your fitness streak, so you're doing awesome!

    It is a good plan, at least we got a walk in today as much as I want to go the gym.
