It's been a great weekend! Paul's son & family have been here since mid day yesterday. Grandbabies are GREAT!
There's a problem with the Superbowl right now so I figured I'd take the time to blog.
My week went very well. Recap for the week:
I did not go to the gym 3 days I only went once
I did eat within my calorie range daily
I did drink my 8+ glasses of water daily
I did continue my fitness streak
I did get plenty of sleep each day
I did make each day a great day!
