Here was the plan:
1. NO soda!
2. Walk 5 miles per week
I did great on no soda- never had even a sip! Yay!
Mileage...well....I did walk 31.35 miles for the month, which AVERAGES to more than 5 miles per week....but there were 2 full weeks out of 5 that I did not meet my goal...so I have to say I failed at consistency..which was what I was striving for with the weekly goal.
Out of 31 days in January, I missed exercise on 17 of those days...only exercising 14 days. My weight went up and down..started at 180.6 and ended at 180.4.
So, I made a few strides, but not enough if I want this to be the year I meet my goals...so I will work out a better plan to get things moving in February.
Some of the other personal goals I met:
~Had a mammogram (thank you God- it was normal!)
~ Had Thyroid ultrasound (Again- TY, God- normal!)
~ Made S's 50th special!
~spent time with SW for her bday
~Accepted where kids grades fell this semester and was supportive
~Got Mom and Dad moved into new condo!!!
(It really was a good month overall!!)
