I'm going to spring out of bed each morning before the sun even shines.
I'm going to throw on some workout clothes and my trusty athletic shoes.
I'm going to get in my car and to go to the gym.
On Mondays I will do cardio/upper ST
On Tuesdays I will do cadio/lower ST along with ab training. I will get lots of FM for the LWC.
On Wednesdays I will join the Spinning Class.
On Thursdays I will do lots of TnT
On Fridays I will join the Spinning class and begin the weekend challenge.
On Saturdays I will do cardio/ST whatever it takes to work on the WC.
On Sundays I will continue to work on WC.
My body will feel tortured but in the end my body will thank me for continuing to give it the exercise it needs to continue to live a long and healthy life!
