I really want it

We had a great visit with my in laws this weekend, although it meant the boys were watching a little more TV than I would have wanted...still, they were well behaved--indeed, the little guy was mr personality the whole time--and they ate well. And by golly, so did we. I totally let myself not track yesterday and it was a bit of a disaster including handfuls of m n ms, two pieces of coffee cake, and who knows how much was fun but bad. And then breakfast, amazing delicious mamounia with tons of feta crumbled on top. What does a serving size look like? Who knows? And I couldn't very well tell them that I'm trying to lose weight--such a big part of their culture and of being good hosts is insisting that I have multiple servings of things and eat until I am stuffed! Hard to fight with that. Oh well--at least the food is delicious, the boys were happy, and everything went well. If I eat when I'm stressed while visiting them, things go back to normal once we are home again.
I just really, really want to lose another pound this week. I'm on track with the running and karate, and tracking better today and for the rest of the week. Come on, weight loss--work with me!
