February 2013 Squat Challenge!

My cousin posted a challenge to her friends and family to do the Squat Challenge. I decided to join in. emoticon
I started today and completed day 1 and 2 so far. I will do today's after dinner.

I added the challenge to my page. Let me know if you are already doing it, or are willing to add it to your workouts!

    I haven't tried this one. It looks interesting although I will have to do more research to see the entire plan. I have done a similar one so check it out.

    When you get to the site you'll see there are other challenges you might want to consider as well that focus on the upper body as well.
