So, I went to my doctor today and he is sending me for xrays and then an MRI if the xrays don't show anything. I was hoping he was just going to tell me I pulled something funny and it would be fine, but after some feeling around he told me to lay off the exercising until they did some further tests. Great. Well, I guess it is good to rule out any underlying problems, or potential problems, but it sure puts a damper on my great little streak. I will have to learn to love strength training for the time being, but that was something I was going to start working into in a month or so, because, that actually feels like exercise and I am not at the point where I would enjoy it. Running, I really love.
At least I am eating better (although I caved yesterday and did some emotional eating.. not going to beat myself up) and making some good choices.
February.. I don't like you so far.
