Today was another pretty good day with the challenge. As I mentioned earlier, I've decided to do the 15 minutes of activity just before snacks (not meals).
Tonight, I wanted to finish up my saved calories by having a snack, so I had to put in 15 minutes. I chose the stairs, carrying two 5 pound dumbbells.
Last night the exercise made me feel more like having a healthy snack. We'll see how I spend my calories tonight. I'm thinking maybe something sweet.
