My legs were lame tonight so I couldn't have walked if I tried. I did a 30 minute cardio seated video. It felt good, and got my heart rate up. I reccomend it for those who are soar like I was. Got all my goals done yestarday, and got in a walk at home tape. I also stayed within my calorie range woo hoo. I did pretty well this week on all my goals. I stayed within my calorie range 5 of the 7 days, and walked 5 of the 7 days so I did good.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or below the 2000 mark 6 of the 7 days.
My goals for Monday are
15 mintues of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
