February is starting good - down another pound. Got into 2 days walking. Light snow fell - it was beautiful.
I also got a chance to do some quilting. I've taken to challenge myself by using a simplified rail fence block and see how I could change the block in different ways by cutting on diagonal, and then by diagonal again and to create new blocks. I'm getting quite creative in creating new blocks.
My younger sister is also trying to lose weight and I am so proud of her at her recent announcement of 21 pounds. She's 1/2 to her goal.
