So week 3 and I took my PT again. Starting to feel like I am making progress.
Push ups still counting 0 cause I do them on my knees
Sit Ups 40
2 mile run 25 min 30 seconds
My numbers are just about where I started but I feel like I have accomplished something even if my numbers did not go down. I have actually stuck with it for two weeks and I haven't made any excuses to get out of going and taking a practice test. Usually I am gung-ho the first week of something and then I kinda stop talking about the goal and then act like it never happened, like it had never been set in the first place. This week I am going to put more into the workouts the goal for next week is to actually do some full push ups even if it is just one or two. anyways til next week
