I finished the 28 Day program in the book version of The Spark 28 Day plan.
I've lost 8.4 pounds so far. I have lots of short, medium and long term goals I'm working towards. I created my "spark list" of 100 things I'd like to accomplish beyond losing weight.
I'm averaging 35 minutes of daily physical activity. i'm walking a minimum of ten minutes day plus doing 4 workouts in the Kinect game EA Sports Active 2.
I've already started noticing definite improvements in my fitness level and endurance. I'm very excited to continue this journey.
I will continue to read other books and articles and try different things, but the goal setting and motivational techniques I have learned as part of The Spark plan are something I know I will use the rest of my life.
