Well I went and weighed myself after I got up. I now weigh 8 pounds less then when I started. So this past week, I lost another 4 pounds.
If I keep doing what I have been doing, I just might make my goal of being a little bit lighter by Valentine's Day. Didn't get any exercise in last night, but I am going to be getting some in during the Super Bowl today. As I don't really care for football IF my team is no longer playing for the season. And this season they are done. At least we made it to the playoffs this year.
But I figured since I will have the whole bedroom to myself that I might as well get in some exercise while I have the chance. I surprised myself the other day. I went a WHOLE day without a soda. And I usually take 1 to work with me and that day I didn't. Instead I took a bottle of water. Maybe if I keep it up with drinking only 1 or 2 cans of soda a day I will keep losing the weight. Because it seems that since I made that change of drinking I don't know how many cans of soda a day to 1 or 2, I have been losing the weight pretty fast. Except for the first week, but I look at that as a learning week. I mean everyone has to learn how to make changes in their life to lose weight or to stop smoking or whatever it is that they have to do or want to do.

Ok, I just got done with my exercises. I worked out for 30 minutes as that was all I could do. Was planning on trying to do it for as long as I could so that I could have tried to make up for my days that I was lacking on doing the full 30 minutes, or no exercise at all. Considering there where a couple of days where I was able to do any or to do at least some type of a modified exercise. As I was having problems earlier in the week and then also on Friday. But I was able to do everything with no problem tonight. Was too cold to go outside for a walk today. Boy do I HATE winter, well at least the cold that comes with winter. The snow I don't mind at all.
If it is fairly nice out sometime this week or this weekend, I know that I will definitely be going for a walk. Might take one of our other 3 dogs this time as my boyfriend's dog seemed to be sore for a couple days after our walk together.
