Breakfast was a croissant and scrambled eggs. Not my usual breakfast (oatmeal). Then worked out on the elliptical. Didn't feel anything in the hamstring so I think that will be my cardio for awhile. Then.. guess what. I did ST! All upper, somewhat light, 2 sets. But I'm building it back in - hence going light. Once I see how I feel tomorrow, I'll know what I do next time - I do like to lift heavy, but with good form.
After working out - had sushi. Yum.
Then played Puss in Boots on the kinect. Cute game, but I got tired of it.

And I am tired now - the exhaustion I usually get after a hard workout before getting enough calories.. so Im not sure what's going on. But it's Sunday. I'll just relax.

Dinner - light. DH wants smaller dinners. Big breakfast (if he gets up), big lunch, small dinner. I can handle that. I can still cook dinner - just have smaller portions. Though, not sure how he's going to make a big lunch with just a salad consisting of mostly greens. 1oz of chicken (I know because I meaure it out)... but he'll figure it out. He's lost a lot of weight lately (yes, i'm jealous.. makes it look so easy).

Anyway - that was my day. Tomorrow is work. Cardio - and stretching, of course. The stretching is really helping me heal.

Didn't get as warm here as other places, but still nice. Hope get some other nice days this week.

    Men always lose weight faster-play fair, guys! He'll
figure out he may need more for lunch. We had rib
eye steak for supper to celebrate with DS1 and GF.
14 months together as a couple. I sent the last of
the steaks over to DS2's for lunch. It should last
him for 2-3 lunches. Man, that child can eat.
Take care getting back to your routine. But it seems
as if you are doing much better.
