Trying to get back in rhythm

Sunday, February 03, 2013

It is so hard to get back into the groove when you have been gone. Didn't do any exercise yesterday as I had a home inspection and showings.

Today, I was supposed to meet some people at an open house, but I just wasn't with it. They went by themselves and then called me and told me that they really liked the house and were thinking about making an offer. That's a good way to sell a home. Never see it. I explained the offer process to them. I haven't ever met them. We were first supposed to go out next Sunday. The house looks nice in pictures.

Finally got back to exercise today. I did 30 minutes of Leslie Sansone really fast miles. Then 25 minutes on the treadmill and then 10 minutes of Walk it Out. It actually felt good. I did put on a lot of miles in Vegas. Most days we walked over 15,000 steps.

Also got back to tracking my food today. This was the first chance we had to go to the store.

Still waiting for my Fitbit One to arrive. I didn't realize how attached I was to my fitbit until I didn't have it anymore. Now, the pedometer just seems big and clunky :( They shipped the fitbit on Wednesday so I am hoping it will be here this week.

Checked my blood pressure today and it was NORMAL :) Wahoo!

Can't wait for DH to go to work tomorrow so I can get back to my normal schedule :)

WOOHOO! Great job getting back into it, even if it is slowly you are doing it! And some days you just need to rest.

You are doing great with your exercise. It's tough to get back in the swing of things after your routine is interrupted. emoticon

First of all, I must say your horses are gorgeous. Well, the horses on your profile, I hope they are yours.

I am waiting for my Fitbit Zip to come. I can't wait to get it.
