The week before last I worked out 5 times and ate on point every single day. I killed it and the scale refused to reflect all the hard work I put in. I may have had a bit of a temper tantrum and suggested my boyfriend drop me off at the Chinese buffet because all of my hard work didn't matter. I was being super emo and had to pull myself together.
This past week was full of too many mistakes and possibly too much Chick-Fil-A fast food. We were having a huge event at work and I was responsible for a lot of the logistics. I was working 12-14 hour days and I was away from home having to stay at the hotel where we were having the event. Unfortunately for me Chick-Fil-A was walking distance from the hotel and I ate it for dinner 4 days in a row. I was under a lot of stress and turned to fast food which is what I typically binge on when I'm stressed. I didn't binge on fast food but eating it for dinner for four nights in a row is not conducive for weight loss.
I really need to get a handle on my stress eating so this doesn't happen every time I'm stressed. Well it was only one week. I'm back in the saddle today and looking forward to seeing the scale move back in the right direction.
Here are some highlights and low lights of the past two weeks.
My favorite breakfast right now. Eggs, veggie sausage patties, avocado, toast with laughing cow and blueberries with coffee. Big breakfasts keep me full for hours!

Ok, slight bump in the road but I'm back on track. I know I got this and like the quote on my main page says "Fall seven times, get up eight!" Well I'm back up. I plan on killing it this week. I will work out 5 days this week and I will eat on point and drink all my water. Next week the scale will move in the right direction. I got this!
