Sorry I didn't see this on the day you could have used the support! This winter has been brutally cold, so sending the kids out has been difficult...I feel ya there!

Hope you are much better now...which based on the title of your next blog, you are!

I'm so sorry you were feeling down yesterday. I was too actually, lol. Rach wasn't in a good mood either and Nathan was sick. I wasn't sick just everything was getting on my nerves. Thought I was going to break down around lunch. Rachel wouldn't sleep and Nathan wasn't wanting to play with her cause he felt bad.. I sure hope today is better for us both! I wasn't so good yesterday with food either cause I just wanted to eat and of course nothing healthy. lol.
I'm going to do better today. Maybe the stars will align and we'll have a better day! :-)

We can do this! 90% of it is mental. We can make it better! :-)

You can do this! Sadly these days happen! Do something that would normally cheer yourself. Or go look in the mirror and remind yourself of things you've accomplished and things that you love about yourself. If you have to grab lipstick and write them down on the mirror so you can see it everyday! The puppy bowl is on! I'm sure your kids would love that!!! Might keep them occupied :)
