I am very proud of myself for making me important and making it to 60 days of not binging. Last year 397 and then i struggled but i have learned alot in that time - the time i was struggling and having flashbacks i was only counting on counseling but not using my writing techniques to help me through it. So now that journal comes with me everywhere and i'm feeling better. Next hurdle is my portion control and deprevational feeling.

Worked for 6.5 and still brought more home to work this weekend. Very busy! Things are feeling good!! Coffee and games with friends had a blast!

Well I am very pleased and excited about working out, today my buddy who walked the half with me helped me learn how to do the intervals on the treadmill having him running next to me was pushing me to do more i call him my little personal trainer and he was encouraging me to push myself and praising my accomplishments it made me feel good and reminded me how much i love to move and now i have no obsticals i'm telling you look out world i'm doing. I also changed up all my plates 8 inches and 1 cup bowls mostly kid plates.. So in order to feel fuller i'm eating more veggies!!!!
