Right, so it's ON.
Today I only did the 15min core workout. Nothing else.
Ate porridge for breakfast (with sultanas, honey and cinnamon) with juice
banana as a snack
Pie, chips and peas for lunch with banana and custard for desert
2 mignonette chocs and 3 biscuits with 1 sugar in coffee, had some ginger beer

Tomorrow I plan to to 5k and abs at the gym after meeting after school.
plan to eat porridge for breakfast with a glass of smoothie, soup for lunch, 2 cups of tea, an banana, apple and tangerine for snacks, salad for dinner (need to get salad materials after gym). No treats.
