Determined to have a Fabulous February

I am appaoching the last week of the SHRED diet. This was a challenge that I can cross off my list emoticon

I weigh in tomorrow for the start of Week 6- hoping for a loss. Week 6 is the last week and it got me thinking. What will I do next?? So here are my goals for this month

Here are my goals for Febaury:
1. Finish SHRED diet on 2/10 emoticon
2. Start Billy Blanks 24/7 workout on 2/10 for 30 days emoticon (30 min workouts 6 days a week)
3. Follow calorie guidelines of 1250-1400 while on Billy Blanks
4. Enjoy my birthday month!!!

I would love to reach my goal weight this month- about 6 pounds away emoticon
