So...my goals I defined at the beginning of the year for February were....
~ See my nutritionist.
~Attend Zumba or the step class once a week
~ Try a yoga video
~ Run a 5K At Winterfest
~ Actually try some fruits and vegetables
~ Lose a minimum of 4 pounds
Achievable, maybe...I will see my nutritionist at the end of the month....I might be giving up step class as its torturous to me and it isn't as fun...I will continue to do zumba as much as possible, weather permitting...I think I am giving up yoga, that just isn't for me I have no balance and I don't find it relaxing, I find it nerve wracking...for fruits and veggies, I have an orange and peach to try, and I have been adding spinach to my yummy turkey meatballs...I would love to lose 4 pounds! And I'm not apparently remotely ready for a detox (then why keep pushing it on me? Whatever)
Keep up at zumba

Run in winterfest n Saturday
Lose 6 pounds (hey, a girl can hope)
I want to figure out if I can run and do zumba or if I will be too tired...I can't run in the morning, without getting up at 4 am in the frigid cold because I cannot run on my road, I would have to go into town, and right ow, I'm simply not willing to drive there that early....so I have to figure out if it is doable for me, then if I want join the gym, which gym, etc....it's 4 pm and I'm exhausted.....
Can I go to sleep now?
