FQKRPAodyQwAKA ... I purchased mine from Amazon for a little less than advertised here. I really like it. I really don't care about the computer that counts jumps, calories, etc., but I like the fact that it has weights that can be inserted into the handles. It really felt like I was using a real jump rope!... This is great for beginners because you get a great workout and can build stamina & endurance, while learning jumping techniques and eventually working up to a real jump rope, if that is the goal.
I can't vouch for the workouts that came with this set because I didn't review them, I actually gave them away to a co-worker who has a jump rope and wanted to start working out at home. I have enough workouts with GoFit Basic and Intermediate jump rope program

Well, as we all know, exercising without balancing it with a good nutritional program is fruitless, so I have also started a 30 day (... and 21 day) challenge on a couple of Paleo/Primal teams. I did IF for 14 hours (... unintentionally) and ate the following for lunch:
Jerk chicken with veggies (cagbage, broccoli, carrots and green bell peppers)

For strength training, I am doing a 90 day Les Mills Pump challenge. Today I am starting out with Phase I TEWERO : The Challenge. 30 days of shorter, but challenging workouts to boost my metabolism. I will do my first exercise later on today. I will post about it later.
