Feeling Better-Good Day!

I slept a little later because one of my
visited me about 3 times last night - just to say hi.
I decided that I felt good enough to try working out today. I had a good breakfast of oatmeal, peanut butter, and protein powder and a cup of fruit
I chose one of my Chris Freytag DVDs. This one incorporated some sculpting (weights). I used a lighter weight (6lbs) since I haven't been doing any ST for a few weeks. I did great! I didn't have any issues. My back held out and so did my chest.
After I completed this DVD (40 mins), I did 10 minutes of a WATP DVD.
Stretched and used the foam roller to get all the kinks out.
Had planned to take my mother out after lunch to get some cards but she called earlier and wanted to go to lunch! Cool! We had a nice lunch and shopping trip.
It was a good day all around!!
