Okay. I've been a little (lot) bipolar the last couple days. Yesterday I crashed in depression. So I have to up my exercise and improve my diet. I am fighting my chocoholic tendencies. I joined the Official Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. I just finished week one. I binged last night and I want it to stop. I want to start to lose weight a little faster. I am going to get moving more. Think I will go on a walk.

  A change of scene can really help. Hope the walk helped you! When you want to eat something you shouldn't emoticon ,brush your teeth, drink some water., write about your feelings. emoticon emoticon I believe in YOU!! Hugs. Pat

    Good for you. I think Strength training exercises help me too. Espcially when too much time on my hands. emoticon
