Okay. I've been a little (lot) bipolar the last couple days. Yesterday I crashed in depression. So I have to up my exercise and improve my diet. I am fighting my chocoholic tendencies. I joined the Official Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. I just finished week one. I binged last night and I want it to stop. I want to start to lose weight a little faster. I am going to get moving more. Think I will go on a walk.
