Now that I've met my wheat free and sugar free goals for almost a month, I need to push myself to the next challenge - 1700-1800 calories a day 6 days a week. Yikes! Gulp! Guffaw! I must admit my self doubt. It's been hard enough to stay below 2000 calories a day. However, I've done it for 14 of the past 17 days. It would be a super breakthrough if I could keep rolling like that! Especially since I went just over 2000 the past 2 days in a row. Before I let myself slide into a careless streak of ” I may as well wait until I'm more highly motivated”, here I go declaring that the amount of motivation I have or don't doesn't make a difference. What will really make a difference is not overeating, even if the cheese and salad dressing I'm overeating are wheat free and sugar free and a delicious distraction from wheat and sugar.
Anybody else going for a breakthrough this week, by any chance?
