This week has been pretty much of a bust weight-wise.
Not sure what happened, been on antibiotics for the tooth
infection, stayed within my calories budget and food except
the last two days (soft food after tooth pulled and chocolate binge)
Joined the gym Monday night and did pretty well on my exercise.
Monday, I walked 20 min on treadmill, 1 min on mini-tramp, and did strength work.
Tuesday did 40 min of range of motion at gym plus 1 mile on
recumbent, plus 20 min water exercise.
Wed.: 20 min treadmill, Strength exercises , 1 min mini-tramp
Thursday did 50 min water aerobics. 2 mi recumbant bike
Dentist said no exercise Friday, so I obeyed LOL
Took part of my measurements on Sat. Need to finish that up.
Dropped a couple of inches on what I did take (waist and hips).
My goals for this week:
Mon, Weds and Friday: Water aerobics 5pm
Tues and Fri: Range of motion 1pm
Mon and Thurs: Silver Sneaker Splash (water aerobics) 1pm
10 min recumbent bike M-F
20 min treadmill MWF
1 min mini-tramp
WATP dvd at least once
Breakfast of oatmeal most days
Get caught back up again
Work on Lent plan
