Ok- so not MY baby.
But here's the deal= I worked HARD to be able to be home with my son.... and I want to be able to make that work into his second year PLUS be able to get myself started with some on the side fitness training fabulousness. But how??
Well..... my friend, who is preggos with a baby girl said she is looking for childcare after her maternity leave.... she was poking around it seems.... and then it dawned on me! I LOVE caring for my baby, and other babies... what if I did it for the days she still needs?
Then I can be with my son AND pursue this fitness jazz. Without some extra money, my hubby and I werent sure how it would work.
And voila! A ticket saying, do something you LOVE so you can do more of what you LOVE- AND there can be bread on the table! And you can begin learning about what its like taking of not just 1, but two tikes, but you dont have to do it 24/7 yet :)
Why am I putting this up on Spark?
Well- its about my goal. One of the BIG reasons I want to get fit- not just 'in shape', like have a certain shape- but FIT, like strong and enduring- is to be a part-time fitness pro, where I can put my love of exercise and dance to good use. But getting there takes time- the certifications (working on those), the applications, the brand-building and networking.... and taking the time would also take (away) money. So I wasn't sure how to make it happen....
This really is a huge surprise blessing/opportunity. Making it happen.
Im so excited and just brimming with gratitude and verve and zest. And can I just say it? I feel happy.
