February 3rd, 2013 - 1st month goal HIT!!

Sunday, February 03, 2013

First official month of Weight Watchers was this morning and my goal was to drop between 8 to 10 pounds. Well with today's weigh in of -2.8 pounds my grand total of weight loss of 8.6 pounds gone in the last 4 weeks. That means I have HIT my monthly goal! I'm SO proud of my self and all morning I have been on a high!

With my goal being hit for this month that also means that I get to give myself a reward! I have decided that next weekend after I get paid I will be buying myself a new workout top. I'm really to the bright tank top shirts right now and will be getting another one. Have to get my supply for this summer up so that I look nothing short of cute. I feel when I have super cute workout clothes it helps me to get my workouts in. I also need new workout shoes, but that won't be a reward...that is a MUST have. Lol

This last month has really pushed me forward with my motivation. I am making great steps and have made a solid start to my Year of ME.
