Ok, so I managed to gain 6 pounds in the last month! That was a little tough seeing that on the scale however I decided to get the measuring tape out because all my pants were fitting looser. So It turns out I have lost 2" from my waist, 1" from my hips and 1/2" from my thighs and gained 1" on my arms.
So I have come to the conclusion that I shouldn't be bothered by the 6 pound increase because most of it is muscle gain.
I got in some Jillian Michaels today, it's getting easier and easier. Side lunges with dumbbell raise still kick my ass though. I attempted some yoga but I wasn't stable enough after my workout so I think I'm going to start doing the yoga first then workout. I did get some meditation in. I can tell it's been a while because my mind kept wandering, and I noticed I was really tense and stressed. Which is funny I don't feel like I'm tensed and stressed but getting in tune with what my body is telling me I am very stressed. My hips are extremely tight too so I've been spending a lot of time stretching them.
Time for a really how shower, maybe I can try and get that to relax me a bit.
