Tue ~ Walk. Complete bootcamp M100s workout.
Wed ~ Walk/Jog. Hit gym @ 12n for a stairclimber session and a total strength workout.
Thu ~ Walk. Complete bootcamp CSL workout.
Fri ~ Walk. Hit the gym @ 9:30a for Cardio, Core & More class.
Sat ~ Walk or hike.
