Time to look back and see how I did last month.
First, I reset my Spark account & goals. I was inconsistent with weigh-ins and such in the past and wanted to start the new year with a fresh clean slate. the only downside to doing that was I put in my starting weight at that moment. So my total weight lost is not accurate. its not that big of a deal.
I joined & completed the Jumpstart January. I really feel this has helped me add fitness into a daily routine.
I stayed within my calorie range most days.
I lost 3 lbs!! Doesn't seem like much, but this is HUGE considering I have only been losing 1.5 lbs in a month.
Things to work on in Feb:
~ WATER!! I need to be more consistent with at least 8 glasses EVERY day.
~ continue with a strength video and watp video everyday (can have 1 day off)
~ increase steps per day to at least 8000
~ more fruits and veggies
Goal is to lose 3-4 lbs.
I CAN do this!
