Day three

I walked a lot yesterday but didn't snack so all that extra time was calories burned....really loving this idea....

Noticed I am actually looking forward to the workout and not so interested in the snacking...tonight is super bowl Sunday so I will be doing some exercise before the game because I do plan on having some snacks during the game without guilt! emoticon

Of course I could get into the game and say no to the snacks even if I exercise before the game...will find out when the time comes what my mindset will be... emoticon

Hope everyone watching the game enjoys themselves and Hope everyone has been enjoying their weekend with a Spark of Fun movement! emoticon

    Yeah, I'm going to be watching it, did you see that post/blog that someone had on doing exercises during the game (like 25 jumping jacks for every touchdown). You enjoy the game and I'm for the 49er's.
