My primary goal for losing weight is to feel better--physically, mentally and emotionally, especially about myself.
I also want to improve my blood pressure and to be able to better tolerate my 12-hour shifts as a nurse. I get home from work absolutely exhausted and I know if I were in better shape, I'd still be tired after 12 hours on my feet but I wouldn't always be ready to fall right into bed -- after a big dose of advil!
