I have been having some difficulty lately sticking to a good diet and maintaining regular exercise due to my work/school schedule. I currently work full-time (40-50 hr./week), have to complete practicum hours for my Masters degree (10-12 hr/wk), and then attend classes (9 hr/wk). Plus I go to school about an hour away from home so the drive time (6-7 hr./wk) is tiring.
I am in the worse shape of my life at 23 years old. I have always been athletic and have a natural athletic build but I am not happy with where I'm at healthwise and how I fit in my clothes.
I have a great support system but I need to do something to amp my game up. I have been recording my food on/off which I need to do better at and the best times for me to workout is in the morning before work but sometimes its hard to get up especially in the dark of winter. Anybody have any advice as to help keep me motivated?
