After 5 weeks with no coffee... I thought I would have just 1 cup today( feeling little sluggish) BAD IDEA! I have not had granulated sugar, dairy, or coffee in 5 weeks. My body is rejecting this cup of coffee big time. My stomach is quivering.... our bodies change so quickly. You are what you eat! I have been following Eat to Live by Dr.Joel Fuhrman for the past 5 weeks. I have lost 10 lbs so far yeah! No more coffee for me ever! I will stick to my water, green drinks, green tea, and Shakeology ~ my body loves all those!
