Making changes ...
Is not the easiest task. Old habits are a part of us like our limbs ... only most often the serve little to no purpose. I have been trying to make good changes in my eating habits. Making better food choices, chewing my food instead of biting once and swallowing whole, smaller portions and getting up and moving.
Although I have been making some improvements over the past few weeks, with the help of sparkpeople, today I am making the self committment to make the extra effort to put these improvements to use.
I notice that when I am keeping up with my Sparkpeople logs, I am mindful of my food choices and it helps me to remind myself of activity; of all those things I need to do. I notice when I stop ... everything falls to the wayside.
SO I suppose my first goal is to be consistent with my food logs and activity logs on Sparkpeople, and everything else will fall into place.
