Coffee, 2 T soy creamer (30)
1/3 c oats (100), 1 T hemp hearts (55), 1 T sunflower seeds (50), water, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp maple syrup (10) = 215
= 250

Lunch:
Water
Coke (160)
1/4 c almonds (205)
Sandwich on brown bread - 1/2 veggie and cheese, 1/3 roast beef (335)
= 700

PM snacks:
Pear (100)
Americano, milk/cream (40)
String cheese (60)
Water
= 200

Dinner: (8pm)
Water
Carrot (30)
Amazing quinoa/tofu Asian dish I made - 400 calories (about 50 g carbs, 20 g fat, 25 g protein)

After dinner snacks:
1 c skim milk (90)
Dark chocolate (115)
Nibbles while making hummus (40)
= 245

Calories: 1825/1900
Exercise: 1 hr walk
