Lately I've been giving into my snack cravings. Especially once my son is down for the night and my wife and watch television and spend some time with one another. Snacks usually follow. A plus however is that it hasn't been chips and dip like it used to be. Lately it's been microwaved popcorn or whatever else I can find within our home.
I know better. I've been eating well throughout the day. I have healthier snacks I could easily turn to but the last 3 or 4 days I've just pigged out.
I'm not writing this to ask for support. I'm writing this just to tell myself on words that it's time to stop. It's time to smarten up... even if it is Superbowl Sunday.
What a time to be responsible eh?
Speaking of responsibility, I gotta get my butt on that treadmill of mine as well. I only got on it twice last week. This week... I'm going to be getting on it at least 3 times... hopefully even today.
My little guy has a cold so he's been extra clingy with his daddy, but I might be able to get an hour of exercise in this afternoon during nap time. If not, I'll definitely find time tomorrow.
