56 days. That's 8 weeks and that is how long the Winter Challenge will be. I am really good at some things -- water? no problem! logging in daily? EASY! However, I am not so good with
1)tracking EVERYTHING I eat (you'd think I never have anything after lunch most days)
2)NOT giving in to emotional eating
3)Doing exercise, even 20 minutes, every day -- 4 days a week, easy but some days I just can't get my butt off the couch
4)Getting enough Freggies
5)Being happy -- or at least happy-ish
But here is my commitment for the Winter 5% challenge and I can say this because I do believe that I can do ANYTHING for 56 days.
Every day I will
LOG MY FOOD (even the binges)
HALT BEFORE EATING (Ask "Am I hungry, angry, lonely, tired?")
EXERCISE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES
GET AT LEAST 5 FRUITS/VEGGIES daily WITHOUT A LATE NIGHT V8 for 3
FIND AT LEAST ONE HAPPY THING EVERY DAY
And what I'm hoping is that by day 57, this'll all be as easy as water for me.
