Quit for Two Weeks but not giving up!

For the past two weeks I have the intention to work out or eat less but then I have been over eating a lot anyways. I always crave healthy food but then stuffing my face with pizza and icecream, and to make matters worst I'm lactose intolerant so I even feel gross afterwards. Yet, I've had pizza almost every day this past week.
I had worked so hard to meet my goal this is so frustrating, I feel like I'm back to my starting point. But I need to get back on track, hopefully I can still get to my goal by the summer time...
